Client Testimonials

“It was so incredibly useful both emotionally and practically. Allowing me to focus on my career journey and reflect on my values and vision of my next chapter with colleagues in a similar position; so invaluable. I never knew I needed this course until I had done it!!”

- Superintendent West Midlands Police

"The meetings have helped me understand that my current thoughts, feelings and fears approaching the end of 30yrs are shared by many others, and have helped me with my future planning. The meetings have offered both practical advice and emotional support at a challenging time as we approach the end of our policing careers and start a new chapter.

The most impactive pre-retirement inputs I have had by far.”

- Superintendent, London Metropolitan Police

“Now ten months into the “after life” it has been a bumpy ride, for various reasons. But, I still fall back on the mechanisms worked through in our peer sessions. I have also maintained regular communication with members of the group to check-in and share experiences and challenges as our post policing journey continues.”

- Superintendent Lancashire Police
